Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only to the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from free freight policies. These orders will be charged the actual shipping cost.

FREE FREIGHT is allowed on orders of $100 or more.

We will send and email confirming your order. Please be sure that the shipping address is correct. Once an order is shipped we are unable to redirect to an amended address.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please follow the progress of your order. Three Springs cannot be responsible for stolen or orders not retrieved that have been marked delivered.
