Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at infor@threesproingsmarket.com for return authorization. Three Springs will refund returned freight costs if an item was shipped in error or was damaged in transit.

All other orders may be returned after contacting 3 Springs and if the product is in its original and unused condition.

A refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of the return.

Each customer experience and situation is different and may not be easily taken care of by the policies above. 3 Springs will always try to accommodate the needs of our customers once we have been contacted.
